Jamie Davies and Fabio Babini are a perfect driver line up driving for Aston
Martin Racing BMS in 2007.
Two drivers, a successful tyre manufacturer and a promising and well known
team have one big goal this year – to win the FIA GT.
Jamie:” I am really happy that Pirelli put the package together with
BMS to have Fabio Babini and me as team mates in a professional team to get
good results this year.
I tested the Aston once last year in Brno for BMS but it is a totally different
driving style compared to the Maserati MC 12 which I drove last season. I think
that I have a better feeling for the car after the first official test in Monza.
I am really looking forward to drive the car and to work with BMS and Pirelli
this year. The calendar this season has some new race tracks for me in its
repertoire like Zhuhai and some where I haven’t been for a long time
like Nogaro. It will be a very interesting season with good competition and
hopefully very successful for us.
